TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: 03/29/26PAYMENTS
* A price must be agreed upon before any work takes place.
* Once the final sketch is sent and the client is happy with the composition and appearance, 50% of the payment is sent.
* Once the artwork is finished and sent, the remaining 50% is then sent.PRODUCT DELIVERY
* Final artwork will be delivered digitally via an agreed platform (e.g., Discord, Ko-fi, or email) after final payment is received.
* Any alternative delivery method must be agreed upon.REVISIONS
* Major edits are allowed during the sketch phase.
* After coloring begins, only small adjustments are permitted.
* Major changes after coloring may be declined or subject to additional charges.TURNAROUND
* Work is completed at the Seller’s pace to ensure quality.
* Seller is a college student; academic responsibilities take priority.
* Any delays will be communicated to the Customer.
* If the Customer requires the art finished before a set date, a deadline must be discussed before any work is started.REFUND POLICY
* Seller reserves the right to decline or cancel a commission at any time.
* If the Seller is unable to complete the commission, a full refund will be issued.
* No refunds will be given once the final artwork has been completed.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
* All artwork is for personal use only unless commercial rights are discussed beforehand.
* Seller retains the right to post completed commissions unless otherwise requested.
* Customer may not claim the artwork as their own or remove credit.
* Artwork may not be used for NFTs, AI datasets, or any AI-related tools.CANCELLATIONS
* Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order.
* If canceled by the Seller, a full or partial refund will be issued depending on progress.
✅ I WILL DRAW
Any species (humans included), any design or complexity, any hair type, cultural influences (must be respectful and appropriate), tattooed characters, mech, props (must fit within a square frame and follow “Will Not Draw”), any gender, any body type, suggestive/NSFW content (18+ clients only), original characters (OCs), characters from media, ships, mild gore (black eyes, blood, stitches, cuts, missing limbs, etc.).
❌ I WON'T DRAW
Religious symbols (crosses, pentagrams, etc.), explicit or NSFL content, hate-related content (racism, riots, hate speech, ableism, self-hate, etc.), feral characters, extreme or graphic gore, anything illegal.
